Responsibilities & Requirements:

As the Web Designer, you will be responsible for website design, UX/UI design, email campaigns/buildout, and online marketing material. This person needs experience working with Adobe suite products and an understanding of web standards and front end development. Experience working on an e-commerce platform is a plus. You will be working with the Marketing Dept, Software Engineers and reporting to UX Lead. Job description/qualifications Strong innovative visual designer, who works well independently 3+ years planning, designing complex web sites and mobile experiences Excels at incorporating best-in-class design principles (Color theory, space, shape, alignment etc.) to the web and mobile application concepts Experience selecting, creating and guiding visual content for the web (photos, advertising banners, video, etc.). Experience developing user experiences and designing user interfaces Experience creating and managing a website style guide Ability to respond resourcefully to new priorities and challenges Knowledge of content strategy and writing for the web Experience with responsive design techniques Experience developing brand and marketing campaigns Ability to lead brainstorming/ideation/collaboration sessions Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, ability to use these frameworks is preferred Experience with using Google Analytics is preferred Understanding W3C accessibility standards is preferred.
